SearchADA allows users (where permitted by security profile) to search documents stored in the ADA repository.

Searches operate on whole words and prefix matching:

• hello → returns records containing the word “hello”
• "hello world" → returns exact phrase matches
• hell* → returns words starting with “hell”

Search is limited to specific document types.

Most text-based documents are supported, but some formats may be excluded.

Depending on your Transearch profile, you may be required to enter a search reason before results are returned.
